In support of my new double-sized flip-book LOVE STORIES (TO DIE FOR) from Image Comics/Shadowline, I’m hitting the road for a Midwest signing and convention tour of 10 shows in 10 consecutive weekends.
(For those of you not “in the know,” LOVE STORIES (TO DIE FOR) is a flip-book comic containing two separate 22-page stories, each illustrated by me and illustrated by a different artist. One of the stories is about vikings vs. vampires and is illustrated by Rich Bonk, while the other is a science-fiction horror story in space illustrated by Owen Gieni. They’re both very dark love stories, too. Honest!)
Pending that I don’t die along the way (I’ve never done a ten appearances in ten straight weeks before), the lists of locations I’ll be appearing are all listed in under the “Appearances” tab at the top of the page.
I’ll be appearing at comic conventions, horror conventions and even some comic shops (of course), so if you’re anywhere in Ohio or Michigan, make plans to swing by and say “Hi,” ya’ hear?
I’ll have copies of LOVE STORIES (TO DIE FOR) available as well as NIGHTMARE WORLD (all three volumes), WRITE OR WRONG: A WRITER’S GUIDE TO CREATING COMICS, the CRITTER ANNUAL #1 (which features a superhero story I wrote — yes, really — for Big Dog Ink) and some other assorted books and goodies.
Oh… and at some point along the tour I’ll be able to officially announce details on the upcoming release of TALES OF MR. RHEE in print, too! Huzzah!
Your friend in comics,
P.S.– You are all welcome to bring me Shirley Temples to help keep me going. Or, if you’re in Michigan, some tasty-tasty Faygo “Rock n’ Rye” soda. Or Vernor’s. That’s good too.
